Christmas Cupcake Classes
On Saturday 23rd and Sunday 30th November, we held our first CHRISTMAS Cupcake Class.
Not only was the festive theme our first, but also marked our first anniversary in hosting Cupcake Classes to the general public.
Offering classes and parties is our most favourite part of the business and also what we feel is our main priority :-)
Both dates were popular and we received 10 members on the first date and 8 on the second.
Once again, we taught both buttercream swirls and flat-iced designs, not to mention 2D and 3D sugarcraft modelling.
The feedback we received was quite fantastic and we felt quite humbled!

SPOOKTACULAR Class!
On Sunday 20th October, we held the first of our 2 Halloween Cupcake Classes.
Doing so marked the 1 year anniversary of Sugar and Ice of Shaw holding classes for the general public. We absolutely love sharing the joy and achievement of creative cake decorating and the feedback we receive serves to justify that our customers love our classes too :-)
We received 8 customers for the first class and 9 customers for the second, which is a nice intimate number and enables us to familiarise ourselves with individuals and give a more personal level of service.
For our class, we baked delicious chocolate cupcakes and took along some fresh chocolate orange buttercream along with spooky swirly lime and orange vanilla buttercream, which looked incredible when piped.
As always, the class thoroughly enjoyed the experience and many have already booked onto our next class in November.

Dogs and Cats Class
On Saturday 14th September, we held the first of two "DOGS AND CATS CUPCAKE CLASSES"
The popularity of these classes proved very positive. I think perhaps as everyone is a big animal lover AND with the end of the summer upon us, people wanted something to raise their spirits.
We had 9 customers on Saturday - both children AND adults :-) Our next class has 7 booked with the promise of a further 3 tickets to be purchased this week.

Dogs & Cats Cupcake Class
DOGS AND CATS CUPCAKE CLASS
(for adults & children age 6+)
If you love your pets AND love cupcakes, our next class is definitely for you!
We shall be teaching 2D flat face cupcake designs as well as 3D creations. It may sound challenging, but you will be taken slowly "step-by-step" through each stage and will be astounded by what you can do with our help.
Still only £15 for a 2 hour class including your cupcakes AND complimentary hand-outs to enable you to make beautiful, delicious cupcakes in the comfort of your own home. Held in Shaw town centre with free local parking and café refreshments available. These classes also make the perfect gift for your loved ones...
